Thanks to built-in communicators and fully wireless device connectivity, deployment is fast and seamless — even across large sites. Integration with Ajax’s mobile and desktop apps ensures smooth setup, real-time monitoring, and instant connection to alarm receiving centres.
The large touchscreen interface delivers clear system status updates and immediate alarm notifications, keeping staff fully informed and ready to act. Beyond fire detection, the CIE supports EN 50131 (Grade 2) intrusion protection, video surveillance, and automation — creating a unified security ecosystem for commercial and municipal environments.
Each alarm event can be paired with visual verification, helping guide on-site personnel with confidence and precision during emergencies.
The CIE screen displays the Event log tab that chronologically captures every fire alarm event. The log can hold up to 5,000 entries and provides explicit data, including the device name, timestamp, and a detailed event description.

ManualCallPoint (Red) Jeweller is a fast and straightforward way for anyone to activate the fire alarm. Pressing the button triggers the built-in sirens of all fire detectors in the system and informs the users. Meanwhile, the central monitoring station (CMS) receives the alarm and calls emergency services. All the data is instantly available in Ajax apps: which device was triggered, when, and where. In a life-endangering situation, Ajax innovative features follow an alarm in seconds: automation scenarios de-energize the facility, turn the emergency lights, and unlock the exits.
